2. Account Registration and Security

• hhbd4 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for twelve consecutive months. Prior to closure, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the account holder. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following successful identity verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

hhbd4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The minimum deposit is ৳100. hhbd4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited in real time; bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hhbd4 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method — the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet number, or the same bank account — used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account will not be processed under any circumstances. This policy is a security measure and cannot be waived.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hhbd4 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

hhbd4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may claim a specific welcome bonus only once per account, device, IP address, household, or payment method.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Account Suspension and Closure

hhbd4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including falsifying their age or identity.
• The player has opened or operated more than one account on the hhbd4 platform.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested by hhbd4.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hhbd4 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, including winnings generated prior to closure, as compensation for losses suffered by hhbd4. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hhbd4 platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hhbd4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

hhbd4's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the hhbd4 platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your hhbd4 account in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
